Spa Policies

Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual.  Sexual misconduct on the part of the massage therapist is grounds for dismissal from the American Massage Therapy Association and from performing services at Imagine Wellness Spa.  If a client expresses interest in sexual massage, or sexual activity during any service performed at Imagine Wellness Spa the therapist will terminate the service immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full.

We believe that our customers have a right to the information provided in our policies, and we urge you to read them so that you will be fully informed of our business activity.

Scheduling our services:  We recommend that you schedule your session(s) with us ahead of time, though walk-ins are welcome. We require that you schedule all Spa Body Treatments 24 hours in advance.  A credit card on file is required for all bookings. Note that all times quoted for all treatments are approximate. Cancellation of scheduled services:  Kindly give us 48 hours notice of cancellation for all services, or a cancellation fee of 10% will incur.  Same day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. Acceptable forms of payment:We accept cash, in some cases checks, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Each therapist collects for their own services so gift cards must be disclosed upon booking to ensure the therapist accepts them or to identify which therapist sold the card in the case of Imagine Wellness Spa cards.

Imagine Wellness Spa believes that with the growth of online activity, the information collected from web site customers should be kept confidential.  We will make reasonable efforts to ensure our customers that furnish information about themselves will be safeguarded and not be made available to third parties. Imagine Wellness Spa Online Privacy Policy Imagine Wellness Spa has put in place the following Online Privacy Policy to protect information which identifies the customer. This policy covers Imagine Wellness Spa and applies to all information which identifies the customer Imagine Wellness Spa obtains when a customer uses Your Body Works online purchasing. Imagine Wellness Spa policy for protection of customer supplied / obtained information is as follows: 

Disclosure: Imagine Wellness Spa will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any information which identifies that customer derived from the purchasing of products from Imagine Wellness Spa’s online storefront service -- including customer names and addresses -- without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). 

Collection and Use: Imagine Wellness Spa will collect and use information which identifies that customer for billing purposes, to provide and change service, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that Imagine Wellness Spa may use your information which identifies that customer, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your customer identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you. 

Customer Choice:  A customer may choose not to receive any marketing communications from Imagine Wellness Spa in connection with Imagine Wellness Spa’s online storefront.  Upon notification of that choice, Imagine Wellness Spa will not contact that customer directly with marketing messages and will not use information which identifies that customer obtained from that customer's order forms to contact that customer with marketing messages about any products or services.  A customer may choose not to receive such messages by e-mail, by mail, or by telephone. 

Collection of Data: Imagine Wellness Spa collects data about customers only in so far as it relates to the business activities between Imagine Wellness Spa and the customer. Security: Imagine Wellness Spa has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of the information which identifies the customer from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. 

E-mail: The company will not disclose to third parties Email communications that are sent to Imagine Wellness Spa services except as required to process orders or as otherwise authorized by law. Inappropriate or Malicious Conduct: Imagine Wellness Spa may also use information which identifies the customer to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the server or otherwise violates the customer agreement for a service provided.  Malicious activity of hackers and those wishing to release computer viruses and/or malicious code will be reported to both the FBI and NSA. 

Account Information: Imagine Wellness Spa honors requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, or billing information, and will correct any such information which may be inaccurate. Customers may verify that appropriate corrections have been made.

Changes in Practices: Imagine Wellness Spa will make all reasonable efforts to keep this privacy policy current. Children On The Internet: Imagine Wellness Spa supports all legislation regarding the protection of children from supplying information about themselves that may be detrimental to their well-being.  Also, we shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that young teens and minors, who do not have permission to use their parent's / guardian's credit information, do not offer us that information. At this time, we can only inform young teens and minors that they need such permission to offer us that sort of information.  To that extent, we do require all potential customers to indicate that they are at least 18 years of age or older.  We encourage parents and guardians to obtain software, make use of logon passwords, and to safeguard their credit information, from their children and minors in their custody. Accordingly, Imagine Wellness Spa does not target children or teenagers (younger than eighteen years of age) for collection of information online. Imagine Wellness Spa does not solicit or collect information which identifies that customer targeted at children and teenagers under eighteen and does not allow anyone else to do so on an Imagine Wellness Spa Web Site. In addition, the editorial content of Imagine Wellness Spa’s Web Sites designed for children will not knowingly promote or link to any third party web site that collects customer identifiable information unless that web site publishes a privacy policy that is easily accessible.
